Rules – Extract

1 / The European Music Academy seminar will take place from July 15 to July 28, 2019, in the town of Corbigny, in France.

2 / The European Music Academy welcomes all levels.

3 / If the number of applicants exceeds the number of a tutor’s places, he/she can organise a selection audition. The candidates not selected to participate as Trainees, may participate in our activities as Auditors.

4 / The application form must be received at the Academy headquarters before June 15, 2019, accompanied by a deposit of 300 € (three hundred euros), to be by bank transfer directly into the bank account on the enrolment form. This deposit guarantees the applicants a place in the internship, either as a trainee or as an auditor; thus being non-reimbursable in case of withdrawal.

In the case of a serious breach of discipline, the leaders of the Academy reserve the right to expel the responsible student/s, in which case no amount will be reimbursed.

8 / Participation in the Academy automatically implies the authorization from the parents or legal guardians of underage interns, giving the organizers permission to make decisions and act in case of medical emergencies.

9 / All participants must submit, upon arrival in Corbigny, a liability insurance certificate and a certificate of insurance for their instrument. It is also highly recommended that all non-French participants have a valid travel insurance for the whole period of the internship and/or be in possession of the European Health Card, giving them free access to medical services in France.
